\u201cHe knows exactly what we are doing in the empty house he entrusted us to sell.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Apparently, the neighbour had seen my colleagues going into the property in the evenings as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWith buyers?\u201d I asked, surprised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After all, that was their job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n - \u201cAccording to him, not exactly\u2026\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I tried to picture my elegantly dressed female colleagues, instead of working, getting up to no good on the floor of an unheated, dilapidated house that was being marketed essentially at land value and was destined for demolition \u2014 albeit in an excellent location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I couldn\u2019t quite imagine it.
