She sorted it out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And&nbsp;<strong>within five days, we sold the apartment again.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Five more days later, the previous land registry filing had been removed, the new one registered, the new buyer had paid, everyone in the chain was able to pay their own seller \u2014 and we didn\u2019t even have to cancel the movers booked for the following day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Behind the scenes,&nbsp;<strong>all it took was around 90 phone calls, four Messenger groups running simultaneously, and a five-hour marathon viewing session.<\/strong>&nbsp;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end, we finally sat down and had a drink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We did it.
