Each had a story behind it that had been unfolding for years, carefully coordinated compromises, and very human emotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd38\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/17.0\/1f538\/32.png\">&nbsp;<strong>We managed to bring to a successful conclusion an agreement that lawyers had been working on unsuccessfully for more than a decade.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would also like to thank our firm\u2019s legal counsel for the continuous support behind the scenes. With a great lawyer, anything is possible!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd38\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/17.0\/1f538\/32.png\">&nbsp;<strong>We sold two jointly owned properties<\/strong>and, in the process, may even have helped bring some peace between two family members who had been at odds for a long time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd38\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/17.0\/1f538\/32.png\">&nbsp;<strong>We sold another property in Paloznak.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This marks our fourth successful transaction on Mandula Street,&nbsp;<strong>with its full panoramic views of Lake Balaton.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s no secret: Paloznak is one of our favourite villages on Lake Balaton.&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc9b\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/17.0\/1f49b\/32.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three completely different transactions.
