We were happy to hear it. For a major purchase, that's completely understandable.
The expert arrived, looked around, and then pulled out a metal coat hanger. Holding it away from himself, with an expression of intense concentration on his face, he walked around the apartment several times.
- "There's a water vein running through here," he declared firmly in one of the bedrooms adjacent to the bathroom.
We asked him how he knew.
