The story behind a client relationship:
We had already been managing and renting out this apartment for the previous owner for approximately six years when we subsequently sold it to Zoltán. After purchasing it, Zoltán also entrusted us with continuing to manage its rental.
The previous owner is also a returning client: we assisted with the sale of their house in Székesfehérvár, and we have been managing and renting out their daughter’s Budapest apartment since 2018.
Through their recommendation, we were entrusted with the sale of a family home in Paloznak. That transaction subsequently led to three further instructions—the sale of one property in Csopak and two more properties in Paloznak.
