Three major and complex transactions have closed over the past few days. Each had a story behind it that had been unfolding for years, carefully coordinated compromises, and very human emotions.
We managed to bring to a successful conclusion an agreement that lawyers had been working on unsuccessfully for more than a decade.

We sold two jointly owned propertiesand, in the process, may even have helped bring some peace between two family members who had been at odds for a long time.
